ECC performed design and repairs or new construction for 76 mechanical, electrical, and civil deficiencies at 15 locations at Hurlburt Field, Florida. ECC performed a wide variety of repairs including the design and repair of multiple fuels system components, including barge offloading wharf upgrades, refueler parking lots repairs, military service station repairs, refueler offload/loading fill stand repairs, new canopy installations, and the demolition and reconstruction of the diesel service station for Red Horse Facility. Committed to small business utilization, ECC subcontracted 73 percent of the contract value to small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, and/or veteran-owned businesses. Overall, 12 of the 14 purchase orders issued by ECC to complete this scope were awarded to small business categories. ECC received an overall client rating of very good for cost control, management, small business subcontracting, and safety.
